I am a doctoral student at Fielding Institute, and plan to do research into the spiritual origins of leadership. My company is a leadership development company, and the work I have done with leaders has caused me to understand that striving in the "world" doesn't cut it. Leaders need to work on the spiritual values that undergird their leadership competencies. When they do so, it will manifest itself in superior leadership.
